Mego Afek’s manufacturing operations are in-house and centrally managed, reflecting decades of hands-on expertise and strong control over every stage of production. All manufacturing activities take place at Kibbutz Afek in Northern Israel, where the company was founded and continues to operate to this day.
Our production facilities span approximately 3,000 square meters and include two dedicated manufacturing divisions. Both divisions are operated exclusively by Mego Afek’s own teams, ensuring complete oversight, consistency, and accountability – from raw materials to finished products.
Full Control, From Start to Finish
Both manufacturing divisions operate under strict internal production standards, with a comprehensive quality control process applied at every stage. Inspection begins with raw materials, continues throughout manufacturing and assembly, and concludes with thorough final testing of every product—garment or device.
By designing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing all products under one roof, Mego Afek ensures reliability, consistency, and long-term performance, while preserving the craftsmanship, accountability, and technical excellence that have defined the company since its founding.
Garment Division
The Garment Division is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the development and production of inflatable compression garments. Using patent-protected technologies, the division manufactures a comprehensive range of high-frequency welded inflatable sleeves and garments.
By keeping garment production in-house, Mego Afek maintains strict control over materials, welding precision, fit, and durability – ensuring reliable performance and long-term product consistency.
Device Division
The Device Division includes high-capacity manufacturing lines, clean controlled environments, and large-scale assembly operations for pneumatic compression therapy systems. All devices are assembled, tested, and validated on-site by Mego Afek personnel, ensuring direct control over engineering standards, assembly accuracy, and functional performance.
